Personal Injury - Civil Disputes
You didn't ask to be injured. In fact, you wish this had never happened. But it did, and now you have to figure out what to do next. Because of someone else, you have been thrust into a world of pain, medical bills, and uncertainty. You want answers. Why did this happen? Who will pay all of these bills? How am I going to support my family? What if I can't return to work? You keep getting calls from a claims adjustor. You know that they are looking out for the insurance company, not you. You feel vulnerable. Picking a lawyer to represent you shouldn't be another source of stress. Most law firms promise aggressive representation and great results. Although this is a good starting point, I have designed my practice so that: 1. You are more than just a case. You won't be known as file number 77120C, or ‘that construction worker with the broken back.' I'll know you, and I'll know your story. The stakes are large, and I want the same thing as you: The best possible outcome for you and your family. 2. You deal directly with me. The decisions about your case are made directly by you and I. Your case won't be passed from lawyer to lawyer in a faceless law firm. 3. I can partner with the experts. Sometimes clients benefit from the additional counsel of an attorney with a very narrow focus of practice. If that need arises, I search to find out who is the best in the field and associate with them. You get the benefit of their narrow expertise and my personal service, typically with no additional fee.
The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based upon advertising alone.
